Mr. Nossiff is a University of New Hampshire graduate, who received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and a Master of Laws degree from Boston University Law School. A resident of Dover, New Hampshire, he is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. Mr. Nossiff is also a member of the Federal District Courts in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine.
   Admitted to the practice of law in 1979, Mr. Nossiff began his career as an attorney with the highly regarded Ardiff & Morse Law Firm of Danvers, Massachusetts, a law firm which included some 50 attorneys and support staff. While there, Mr. Nossiff had the opportunity and privilege to work in the Corporate and Business Services Department under the guidance and tutelage of the law firm's founder, William B. Ardiff, who was then one of the most respected lawyers in Essex County. Mr Nossiff previously served as mayor of the city of Dover.
   With extensive experience in business and corporate law, collections and debtors' and creditors' rights, Mr. Nossiff devotes much of his practice with Nossiff & Giampa, P.C., to business matters, family law, trial work, bankruptcy and insolvency.

   Mr. Giampa is a graduate of The Governor's Academy, a respected preparatory school located in Byfield, Massachusetts.
Like Mr. Nossiff, he is also an alumnus of the University of New Hampshire. Now residing in Amesbury, Mr. Giampa is a graduate of The Franklin Pierce Law Center and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and is also a member of the United States District Court in Massachusetts. Mr. Giampa provides clients with experienced service and representation in evaluating, negotiating and obtaining recovery for injury and damage claims resulting from accidents of all kinds, including injuries suffered at work. With his focused experience and knowledge of insurance coverage and workers' compensation laws, clients of Nossiff & Giampa, P.C., receive skilled representation in personal injury and workers' compensation cases and recovery of the compensation they deserve. Mr. Giampa also devotes a portion of his time to family law, criminal defense, and general trial work.
